We offer multiple sizes of Family Trays and are always willing to work with you, customizing your order to perfection. Included are substantial portions of chicken, beef, and falafel served over a tray of seasoned fries and basmati rice. Salad and sauces served on the side.
What is Shawarma?
The process starts with a marinade of fresh ingredients and authentic mediterranean spices. The marinated meat is then stacked onto a "spit" or slow turning rotisserie, and freshly shaved throughout the day. Our final step ensures a crispy and tender product as it finishes cooking on a sizzling hot grill. The chicken or beef can then be placed in a wrap, salad, or plate with add ons from the salad bar.
